Once an order is confirmed and the IPTV account is delivered and activated, we do not offer returns or refunds, as IPTV codes are digital and non-resellable.
All products come with a 12-month warranty, during which iScreenHD will replace or refund any product that is defective or malfunctioning due to a manufacturing issue.
If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
A refund or replacement is also possible under the following conditions:
You received an incorrect product.
The IPTV code was not activated.
The IPTV code cannot be activated for an unknown reason (must be reported within 48 hours of purchase).

Our technical team is available to assist with installation and activation. In the rare case that our support team is unable to resolve the issue, your order will be eligible for a refund.
